The rumours:
Le Chateau offers up to 3XL in the online store. Haven't been in store to confirm.
Samuel & Co do not list any sizes on their website and I haven't been in to confirm.
Pseudio does not advertise their size range online

H&M is confirmed to be opening in the Avalon Mall at some point. Same for Tommy Hilfiger, whose Curve brand carries 22W/3XL.
Torrid has been rumoured but is still unconfirmed. This would be the largest addition to the demand, and they carry up to 6XL.

The ONLY local fashion retailer I am aware of that provides plus size clothing is Posie Row and Co (up to a 22/3XL).
This doesn't include specialty stores (outerwear, intimates, workout gear, etc). Please let me know if there are any other providers out there!

As someone who has shopped at AdditionElle since I was 12, I will feel the loss immeasurably. There are options, but they are frankly not inclusive enough. Local fashion retailers: Step up your off the rack game!
