Finally home from the #U20 game, so time to unpack some thoughts:
- Team Blue lost the game 2-8, so I can't say too many positive things about them. But expected top players Patrik Puistola (CAR) and Antti Tuomisto (DET) were fine, the team just wasn't really working well.

- Team Blue's 2nd line that featured three #2020NHLDraft prospects in Roby Järventie, Juuso Mäenpää and Oliver Suni just wasn't good at all. I had high hopes for that line but they couldn't deliver.
More Team Blue:
- Joni Jurmo (2020) had a couple of nice rushes but he needs to learn to pick his spots better because they didn't create anything.
- Goalie Joel Blomqvist (2020) didn't have a great game but I think the team in front of him was the main reason they lost so ugly.

Onto Team White:
- Ville Heinola (WPG) and Topi Niemelä (2020) played together on their top pair, and I think those two were the two best defensemen on the ice today. Heinola was more flashy but also riskier. Niemelä actually isn't much behind Heinola as a player.

More Team White:
- Top line center Roni Hirvonen (2020) was as good as expected. I didn't necessarily love the linemates he was given but his own game was good. He also scored a really nice goal, putting a wicked wrist shot to the top corner.

- Kasper Simontaival (2020) may have been the most consistently noticeable forward on the ice today. Always doing something positive for the team, whether it's creating offense or doing good things without the puck. He also scored a goal and got a primary assist.

- Obviously Mikael Pyyhtiä (2020) scoring three goals is worth mentioning but I didn't really see much from him outside of those goals. And it's not like the goals themselves were true beauties either. But that's him in a nutshell.

- Eemil Viro (2020) and Ruben Rafkin (2020) didn't do anything too fancy but they did positive things for the team and didn't make too many mistakes. Simple but efficient puck-movement. I also liked how physical they both were.
