CLAIM 1: he tried to draw false equivalence between Karnataka and Rajasthan case scenario
Which in reality r north pole and south pole
In Karnataka the alleged tapes (if u consider them to be true)on which FIR was lodged were between yedurappa's son and a congress leader's wife +

But in Rajasthan the recordings on which first FIR was filed and sachin pilot was summoned by the SOG is between a congress MLA and an election incharge of nagarpalika chunav.
Sachin pilot was not the part of that convo. and till date no such recording is in public on the basis+

Of which you can claim that pilot offered money to Congress MLAs.

* In Karnataka case the FIR was lodged under prevention of corruption act 1988
• sec. 506 for criminal intimidation
• sec. 120B ( criminal conspiracy ) of IPC.
* While in Rajasthan the FIR was lodged under +

•sec 124A - “SEDITION”
•sec 120B - criminal conspiracy
It's funny how these same ppl defend the likes of kanhaiya kumar/safoora zargar when cases r filed on them under the charges of sediton but expect a deputy CM of sitting gov to do nothing when he is summoned 4 such charges

* In Case he was talking about the alleged recording of @gssjodhpur with a congress MLA bhanwarlal sharma
let me clear that for you that those recording were released after they sacked pilot from PCC chief/deputy CM post along with his 3 close MLAs
And even in those recordings+

There wasn't a single mention of word money , or any amount.
In that alleged recording a man who they claim sounded like @gssjodhpur was talking about winning some fight and if they really had some substance on which they can claim that pilot offered money to congress MLAs then

Why don't they present those proofs in this current ongoing case , so that court can easily decide that the notice given by speaker was based on the parameters of Anti-defection law in which he summoned congress rebels on 15 july 2020

CLAIM 2: congress Won 107 seats in 2018 general elections.
While the reality is Congress was short of majority from one seat.
Congress got 99 seats in 2018 state general election.

I don't know if he cleverly tried to hide the fact that actually Congress poached 6 BSP MLAs after the general elections to attain a majority in the house.
It's hard for me to believe that rathee mentioned RLP which got only 3 seats but forgot to mention BSP with 6 seats +

I will let you ppl decide if he hid the fact deliberately or just got some wrong facts.
