Today @PressSec held up a binder and said: "Dr Birx for weeks has been sending out this data to governors — 400 pages of data to our governors — so that they have the best information to make the best decisions for their people in their respective states."

It's not clear what was in that binder/what the cover showed. (If you find a better pic let me know.) And a big question from those outside the White House is: Why hasn't this information been shared publicly? Why is it only sent to governors? Some local officials aren't getting it. And it could help others besides elected officials as well. So why not post it?
