2 months later old people were suffering and dying again bc they didn't have AC. Something we all knew and expected his govt to plan for.
They didn't. Frail fragile bodies were cooking under his watch. That was days ago.

AGAIN he presented as if he was shocked. And angry. This after knowing they didn't have AC.
