Since then ZOOMD able to bring in high profile publishers by providing F.O.C onsite search engine

ZOOMD onsite search targeting news & media (High quality audience)
2. ZOOMD onsite search engine has been doing fairly ok by helping publishers to improve look & feel of the website & increase efficiency of website traffic.
3. ZOOMD has been collecting first party data through Onsite search engine , this data can help publishers to monitise
IMO, ZOOMD saw an opportunity from onsite search as Google plans to discontinue onsite search services in 2017 & this has planned years ahead.
In 2017, programmatic advertising sector is rising & ZOOMD again merged with Moblin to focus on Martech.
Biz model :
ZOOMD has 2 biz segment :
Publisher :
Providing free Onsite search engine , priority to help publisher to improve site efficiency & look & feel.
ZOOMD patented onsite search engine able to collect data & provide relevant analytics to publisher
on how to improve the site. by doing so, this will help publisher to monitise the site too.

Advertisers
Providing free unified marketing platform that integrated to 600+ media sources include tik tok, fb , google , youtube , publishers website etc.
Is ZOOMD SSP or DSP ? are these 2 segment conflicting clients' interest ?
> IMO, they are stand alone biz model. Onsite search engine is to help publishers to improve site efficiency & monetizing the site is a byproducts.
on the other hand, unified marketing platform is to assist advertiser to have the ability to place adv over the globe to the right channel provide the highest ROI at the right audience.
How? >> all thanks to secrete source from the 1st party data (onsite search)
TAM : advertising sector is an mature sector and not growth sector like SaaS. However, due to pandemic this will help this sector to escalation the transition from traditional adv to programmatic advertising.
Hence programmatic advertising is a growth sector, IMO
Is ZOOMD fall under programmatic advertising ?

list can goes on and one . ZOOMD has been busy bringing biz , lay down strong foundation in 2020 despite pandemic and economic shutdown.

2020 is a challenging year for ZOOMD but biz still carry on
IMO, the real money will be 2021 onwards for ZOOMD.

then what happen to the share price ?
>> TBH, i am not sure but i guess ZOOMD's team all this while is private company and very much focusing on biz instead of shareholders awareness. this doesn't help them without
good IR team. However, I believe ZOOMD realise this and have engaged IR team in US & Canada to assist them to create shareholders awareness while they can focus on doing biz :
ZOOMD has everything in place and the only way is upward (financial performance) and overtime potential shareholders will notice this little diamonds

Risk ??
IMO, all business come with risk. This will apply to ZOOMD as well eg share dilutions, competitions , pricing etc
I believe ZOOMD team able to overcome it and i don't foresee will be out of biz
