"Do I need to get away from fire if it's only a metre tall?"

"What temperature does the fire have to be before it's dangerous?"

"Will I fined if I exercise inside fire?"
"the speed limit says 100km/h. Can I go 200 if I'm on a motorbike cause it's two less wheels? Do I have to be on the road or can I drive 100km per hour on the dirt near the road? Can I go 100km per hour even if it's gridlock and just smash into cars? The rules are confusing!!!"
