Ight so, I was on my homie @Jacobs_Ocarina's discord server just vibing, when one of his mods @KappnKyro mentioned about his snapchat still being locked after 24 hours.
So I go try to help him out because I used to be in that kind of mess before.

He told me that he DIDN'T do anything. It wasn't hacked, and he tried logging back in with his current and new account. But it kicks him out. So it had to be a glitch.
So we go try to see if there's anyway we could contact their app support.
NOTHING WAS THERE.

I'M NOT KIDDING.
No technical support from Snapchat in ANY WAY, was there. No Text, No Phone Number, Email. Just a website and access to their DMs with some terrible and dogshit C + P responses.

SNAPCHAT IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR USED SOCIAL MEDIA APPS IN THE WORLD.
But if you have an issue with an app in ANY SHAPE OR FORM, and there's no technical support to help you, then you're definitely running it WRONG.

Many of you guys may have seen this issue I had with my First Account on here when I got locked out on Twitter.
IT TOOK 6-8 MONTHS TO GET THAT ACCOUT BACK. (way longer for y'all) Nothing but dryness in between.

It took them THIS LONG to get my account back that this is why this account exists now as my main.
I'm like the only person to speak about this, but it reminds me of another app I'm still using today that has THE EXACT SAME ISSUE as what happened to Kyro, but way worse.

If you're in the YouTube community, a couple of you guys may have seen an ad for another app called "Amino".
Many of you guys seen my bois like @Vannamelons and @OfficialCND advertise this app before.
It used to have all of the popular YouTubers talking about this great app.

But recently, the app is rarely ever getting advertised no more because it went on a path that is WAY WORSE than all of the other popular social media apps.
Instead of fixing the IMPORTANT BUGS users have been complaining about, they kept adding more new features.
Not joking.

You don't even realize, by doing that, is gonna make the app's current features way worse. Worse that they DON'T EVEN BOTHER WORKING ANYMORE.
I'm still Vanna's amino. We all noticed that as time went on, we complained about Amino's laggy and buggy features.

Me, her community bois, Vanna's Melon Team, & EVEN VANNA HERSELF, noticed that the app is more buggy than before.
We've been BEGGING to ourselves at that point, that we need to move on to an app that is more STABLIZIED to our community. We're planning on doing that soon. (maybe)

Because not only that, they also have NO FORM of technical support/fix whatsoever.
So if they are NOT LISTENING TO THE USERS TO FIX THE BUGS, then YOU'RE RUNNING YOUR APP INTO THE WRONG DIRECTION!

So here's some helpful (and probably kinda motivational) advice to all of us using or even developing these social media apps.
LISTEN TO YOUR USERS ON WHAT TO FIX IN THE APP DEVELOPING PROCESS!

Because if YOU are developing an app, and don't listen to what the users are experiencing, then you're taking yourself into THE WRONG DIRECTION. Which makes the users of the app dislike the app and NO ONE would want to sponsor it to boost your app to great amounts of money.
You DON'T WANT that to happen to YOU huh.
Also, AT LEAST take some sort of education experience with coding with a TEAM EFFORT.
That will ALSO HELP steer YOU in the RIGHT DIRECTION towards making a popular social media app.

CODE CORRECTLY, HAVE A GOOD TEAM TO HELP YOU DEVELOP, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY,
LISTEN TO YOUR USERS!
