It’s something I battle every day. Either I’m up or I’m down. There’s not enough time in the world to teach someone who uses my mental illness as an insult. Mental illnesses are not a joke. They never will be. 2/3

You might not be using it as an insult. You might be saying “this person is bi polar because they changed their mind a lot”. Just don’t do it. It’s disrespectful. You’re adding to the stigma that many of us on here are trying to tear down. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.3/3
