Mamamoo, Onewe and Oneus members produce and write their songs, Leedo and Ravn (Oneus) wrote the lyrics to almost every song they released, Onewe produced and/or wrote every song on their album, Mamamoo writes and compose on their groups and solo releases
The CEO choses the trainees based on personality because you can learn to sing and dance but not learn to have a personality (Ravn and Leedo talked about it in a Vlive but I can't find the video anymore)
They let their artist rest if they need both mentally and physically (Ravn took a hiatus for a few months during their first comeback because of mental and physical rest) not many companies would let one of the members take a hiatus only a few months after debuting
They let Mamamoo approve what they wear as well as letting them put their own makeup for their concerts when they asked for it

Within less than a year of their debut RBW was able to make Oneus participated in Road To Kingdom, a survival show from mnet, where they were against groups that debuted up to 5 years before them and they were able to stay up until the finale
This might not seem important but I think it shows the respect they have for their artists.
Onewe auditioned together as an already self-formed band (called MAS) and RBW took them and never changed the line-up.
