Please read & share the news! My
is with the brave men & women risking their lives to protect #Armenia & #Artsakh. I am grateful to my Armenian and non-Armenian friends for listening to my pleas, sharing our words, & using your platforms to raise awareness about the situation

in Armenia. Although Armenia endorsed the UN’s pandemic appeal for a global ceasefire, #Azerbaijan did not, & Armenia has been the victim of unprovoked attacks & the predictable disinformation campaign that accompanies them. These are irrefutable facts.
We need international observers to investigate! Villages, schools, a PPE factory & other civilian structures in Armenia have been targeted & Azerbaijan has threatened to bomb the nuclear power plant in Armenia. Up until last week, I have personally been deeply involved in
significant support efforts for Armenia & have ongoing discussions at the highest levels regarding strategic planning to help the Armenian people in critical areas including education, healthcare, culture & social services. The Armenian leadership has ZERO interested in hostility
& has been trying to focus on the health & safety of its population during this devastating pandemic. These are also facts. In the meantime, there are unfortunately vitriolic marches in the streets of Azerbaijan calling for war & death to Armenians. Any rational, reasonable &
objective investigation will lead to the truth. I encourage you to read about these facts from unbiased sources & learn for yourselves. I would not normally dignify the opinions of naysayers with a response because I am intensely focused on actually doing things for the world
rather than writing about what others do on social media. However, given the stakes, people should know that the recent appeals by my friends are not the least bit PR related. Why do you think prominent friends are now speaking out? Not enough people knew about the situation so
I needed to mobilize some efforts using my own methods. Over the past several days, I felt a responsibility to call upon influential & powerful friends from ALL backgrounds & we will now push for more international attention on these events publicly & behind the scenes.
I have spoken with US government leaders privately & will encourage anyone who will listen to support these efforts. We are just getting started. Again, I call for political and diplomatic measures to prevent unnecessary escalation & tragedy. We urge the human rights community to
republish their extensive reports on the human rights record of Azerbaijan. Look it up! Why should American taxpayer dollars go to support an oil-rich nation that does not respect international law...especially given the needs of our own citizenry in the United States?
Is there anybody in our country who supports this use of funds? If so, why? We can start telling that story if needed. Please call your U.S. Representative and ask them for support to fully fund the removal of deadly landmines in Artsakh, to support Armenia & to stop sending
military aid to Azerbaijan. You can use: http://anca.org/alert . I love & try to help ALL people & my track record is clear. However, I know that oppressors, aggressors & their servile minions/bot farms on social media do not want the truth out there.
Armenia WANTS an international monitoring system for ceasefire compliance! What does that tell you? Once again, for oppressors, this is a battle without honor or humanity. Look it up! #Wearestillhere
