Breaking @NSYNC down, member by member from a musically observant perspective. Thread starts in 3...2...1
1) @IamCKirkpatrick the countertenor of the group, is a rare artist that really deserves recognition. Countertenors are few and far between. His pure elevated tones catapulted @nsync with airy sounds that gave their songs an angelic quality. #NSYNC
2) If they had decided to ever go in the direction of chamber music, or even hit a nostalgia button to call to the likes of the Bee Gees @IamCKirkpatrick would have shone even more.
3) @realjoeyfatone the baritone, rounded the tones of group with warmth and definition. He’s actually a great singer that delivers with passion and character. His falsetto wails are also to be noted! #NSYNC
4) @LanceBass the bass, doesn’t get the respect he deserves. @NSYNC simply would not have exist without him. He single handedly anchored the group, making their sound vast and complete. Wish that NSYNC had done something innovative by giving him a few solos.
5) @jtimberlake the lyric tenor, is a pop prince and falsetto master who gave the group a sound that was illuminated and youthful. He solidified the group’s presence in the pop genre, and his foresight on utilizing beatboxing, gave the group an experiment quality.
@JCChasez the midrange tenor, is a fearless songbird that leads the group with power and soul. His mastery of his mix voice gives him an edge, and his 4 octave range makes him rare. NSYNC could have tackled any genre of music with him at the helm. #NSYNC
7) the future of @NSYNC in my mind involves evolution where they dust off their instruments and give that term “boy band” a full circle moment. Create songs that highlight each member’s abilities with solo features, accapellas, with content on their matured outlooks on life.
