Shaming young people for socializing outside of bars will not work. It will simply drive gatherings indoors where risk is even greater. (see: prohibition)

Better to give young people the tools to understand the risk--and minimize it. (1/3)
Key messaging:
* Open air is less risky than indoors
* Small groups are less risky than large groups
* Try to stick to a defined “social bubble”

Always remember the “Core 4”:
* If you are sick stay home
* Wear a mask
* Wash your hands
* Keep 6 ft distant
