Have a great weekend everyone!!
When Bill Gates first met Warren

Buffett, their host at dinner, Gates’

mother, asked everyone around the

table to identify what they believed
was the single most important

factor in their success through life.

Gates and Buffett gave the same

one-word answer:

Guess what?

"FOCUS"

Find a job or Find a purpose you

can Narrow your focus down on ✨

Lack of purpose is something I feel
like many of us are experiencing

right now. Aside from working (or

not working) most of us are living a

shell of the life we once did and are

finding it difficult to go through our

routines with the same sense of

accomplishment and enthusiasm.
Be it To learn as you earn or atleast

if you have been buying and

investing course to upskill your

capabilities and/or thoughts of

functions. I've been take steps
to find more purpose in each day

and thought I'd share some tips if

you found yourself feeling the same

way 👇🏼

1️⃣ Invest in a hobby that is fun and

challenging. For Example Your

hobby can be social media. Be it

Creating content and crafting posts

like this one.
Figuring out what resonates with

your audience. Social media is tricky

because it can definitely have a

negative effect on mental health. So

if social media if your hobby too,

make sure to give yourself a mental

break when necessary.
2️⃣ Set goals outside of work and

keep yourself accountable. Be it

fitness/health goals or your online

side hustle. Example improving

my resume and having a set number

of jobs I need to apply to each week.

I've set up an excel spread sheet

where I track my progress.
You'll feel better about the days you

take a break when you have proof of

all the hard work you've done.

3️⃣ choose something that feels a

bit theraputic like working out,

playing music, going on a walk

anything like that (But be wary of

Cheap dopamine that you don't
Wanna get addicted to as it can

have consequences on the

lifestyle you lead)

4️⃣ Share progress with others and

encourage them to participate. See

if you can help them make a

positive change in their life.
5️⃣ Make time for fun. You've

worked hard, been disciplined &

deserve to treat yourself to

something you like to do.Just

because we're in a pandemic

doesn't mean you have to feel guilty

about being able to find joy.Have a

cheat meal: A Donut or cake & be

Happy🙌🏽
