Ariana Afghan Airlines-on the list since March 2006
Ariana Afghan Airlines, established in 1955, is the national carrier of Afghanistan. At one point they operated the Marco Polo route from Kabul to Frankfurt. This route went through Kandahar, Tehran, Damascus, Beirut and Prague.

Blue Wing Airlines managed to get off the no fly list after improving their safety record and general operations. However they got back on the list after a string of accidents. Some of them even being fatal.

Daallo Airlines was a Somali owned, Dubai based airline that mostly flew to destinations in East Africa. But they did have flights to Paris.

Pecotox air - date of list entry unknown
Pecotox air is a charter airline that first began operations in 2001 and ceased operations in 2007 after the Moldovan government withdrew its certificate. The airline would eventually resume it's operations in 2016.
