You are a legislator also demanding higher sitting allowance because govt is struggling with a chequered cash flow which had become the norm for decades before current efforts by Prof @MthuliNcube to bring sanity to govt expenditure patterns. What did ordinary citizens benefit?
Can we in fact have @ParliamentZim open an enquity into expenditure of those funds? There is need for an audit trail on who did what with the funds so that we may see & perhaps learn to appreciate the benefits. This is the only way we can be sure of how this benefited us. Ends//
