this law EXPLICITLY ALLOWS
• warrantless arrest for up to 24 days
•warrantless wiretapping of any individual
•12yrs - life imprisonment for offences such as sharing Facebook posts that "incite violence"
•charging non-filipinos with "crimes against the philippine government"
it pushes an overbroad definition of terrorism and puts all activists, including human rights activists and our environmental activists and defenders at risk.

•Activism is NOT terrorism •
we should all have the right of freedom of speech, yet the Filipinos are actively being silenced. we need to speak up.
