It will be completely disingenuous and preposterous for anybody to say that government should NOT be praised for the construction of the Ghana Infectious Disease Center. What are the evidence?

We all admit the @GhCovid19Fund is a private fund but they couldn't have built the facility without government's support, in actual fact the government support is far greater than the private. In a tweet Senyo Hosi, even admitted that the project was public-private partnership.
Senyo, went ahead to tweet that the total cost of the project was $3.5 million. Out of this amount, State Agencies contributed greater % (GNPC, Bui Power Authority, Ghana Gas, Bank of Ghana among others). GNPC alone gave $1million.
Again, the land on which the project was built was given by the government, the Ghana Armed Forces provided the 350 construction workers who worked day and night on the project. The CDS even visited the site.
The President himself went to cut the sod for the commencement of the project. Well well well, these evidence provided should deal with the warped reasoning that the Akuffo led government shouldn't be praised for the project. Thanks.
