A little bit of encouragement, because even I needed some last night.

This business is not for the weak. Whatever you have to do to build a strong foundation, do it! It can be family, money, a job, anything that allows you the strength to carry through. Mentally prepare yourself because you will hit roadblocks. A lot of them!!!....
You will be told things meant to tear you down, maybe hear things that make you question why you are doing this in the first place, let me tell you from experience....it’s all utter BS. Listen to your heart, listen to why you wanted this in the first place.....
Never allow anyone to take your dream out of focus. Your walls, fail points, hardships will be completely different from those around you. Stop comparing yourselves to others paths. There is a reason you must walk your path. The universe has a funny way of making you overcome it.
This industry is not designed to be easy. It also does not reward the best in the craft. You will ask why or how that person got ahead, but don’t. Concentrate on your goal. It’s all that matters and worrying about others isn’t healthy. Trust me, they aren’t worrying about you!
Find what works for YOU! I can’t stress that enough. What worked for me will NOT work for you. You can’t walk a straight line in a business where the roads overlap a 100 times in just 50ft. There are a million ways to break in. Again, don’t compare yourself to others.
Never be afraid to throw out the trash!!! This is a mental health thing. You don’t need to keep people who keep you down, drain you or put up roadblocks. There are wonderful people in this business and then there are those who only want something out of you. Get rid of it!
Never, ever, ever, ever (and I mean, ever) sacrafice who you are, your morals, your integrity or your dream for anyone. Period! Be true to yourself, those around you and to your dream. You owe that to yourself and good people attract good people. Be that person!
Nothing is impossible unless you let it be. We never thought we would be where we are today and yet, here we are with multiple things happening for us at once. Are we there yet? No but, close! Did we fail along the way. Sure, but roadblocks are not failures, they are hurdles!
So don’t be afraid to jump! And jump often! Create relationships that foster your growth, weed out the bad, never give up. You will get there. You have to grow though, and only you can do that. No one else can do if for you. I wish you all the best of luck. Now get back at it!!!
