I should say that I'm using 'America' here as a shorthand for the United States of America, rather than speaking continentally (in relation to Rulfo).
Also, as mentioned in a previous tweet, Vizenor is actually Anishinaabe. The use of 'Chippewa' was a mistake, for which I apologise.
