5. PSNI are an integral part of ‘Operation Bi-Vector’, a UK-wide counter terrorism operation run by the intelligence branch of the PSNI in the Common Travel Area. What is known is that its powers have been used 12,479 times in Northern Ireland in 2013-2016.
