Since nobody else seems to be doing this I'll help @DrPramodPSawant @goacm

1. Have each sarpanch take hygiene classes and classes on protecting the elderly and immunocompromised from the state govt .
2. Require each panchayat to provide classes to the citizens
To be continued
3. Have mobile testing schedule one day a week to be at an easily accessible location in a group of panchayats I.E. candolim for nerul, marra pilerne, calangute etc...
4. Have a covid learned physician and nurse available the same day for consults
To be continued
5. Have a service to offer elderly who live alone help with buying medicines and groceries so they don't need to go outside until the virus has calmed for the season. This service should be permanent.
6. Immunocompromised citizens should be offered at home classes for hygiene
7. Be honest with the citizens and transparent about how many people are actually more than mildly sick from covid.
8. Distinguish the difference between from covid and with covid
9. Conduct quality control tests kn the test kits to make sure ...
That they aren't giving false positive or negative. Test unused kits and test in fruits and pets too. Also test people who have had the flu vaccine with no covid symptoms
10. Open everything and allow those who want to wear masks to wear them but don't require everyone to.
11. The economy needs to be opened immediately and you g healthy people back work
12. Offer assistance to bring the migrants back to work
13. Offer energy assistance to those who were slapped with huge electricity Bills and have been out of work for months with no way of paying
14. Spend time researching so you are making informed decisions and not just making decisions under pressure from the opposition or from the citizens who have no idea what's going on because the media doesn't do their job and investigate
And 15. Know that this virus is most likely going to be seasonal like the flu. The flu is also extremely dangerous for the elderly and immunocompromised. Make a plan for how to handle this better in the future with ongoing hygiene and health classes free to the citizens
Soon I will be back in my resident country of Mexico once I am able to travel to Delhi. I am an OCI and from Kashmiri roots but have lived in Goa off and on for many years. I love the people here and wish everyone a happy, prosperous, and healthy life.
