Why we hate Periyar!

Periyar damaged the very fabric of Tamilnadu and its rich culture through his mindless rhetorics. He never did anything to uplift the masses, rather he instigated hatred & spread lies & confused generations அண்டர் false belief

He was one of the founding members of JusticeParty & openly supported British. He made a resolution in Salem supporting British Rule, claiming that our leaders r incapable to administer large country like India

Hee broke away from Justice Party & formed Dravidar Kazhagam. His main agenda is to blame Brahmins and spread the falsehood that they are evil and they are oppressing lower class people, preventing them from reading, they are propagating untouchability. #பெரியராவது_மயிராவது

His supported cut the sacred threads worn by brahmins on the street, cut their tufts on their head.
He propagated atheism only against Hindu gods. He never had the courage to criticize Islam or Christians

He garlanded Vinayagar statue with chappals. He along with his supporters even broke few statues.

He urged women to come out of their marriages and lead an independent life, citing marriage life pushes them into a sort of prison and curbs their freedom. #பெரியராவது_மயிராவது

He claimed there is nothing called chastity and women can choose anyone she wants. Which according to him liberates women & gives her freedom.

Stupidest of all, he said Tamil is a barbaric language and Tamil literature is nothing more than a piece of work meant only to please upper class and kings. And it has no value.

He even said TIRUKKURAL is written only to please upper class and kings and there is nothing in it, whereas it is a world-renowned Tamil classic that has no parallels in any language in the world till date. Lies, lies and lies only. #பெரியாரவது_மயிராவது

Though many would say that Periyar spoke in several meetings despite his age, but the fact is he charged for every meeting and even the poorest of the poor organisers had paid to listen to his speech in deepest slums only by paying money. #பெரியராவது_மயிராவது

All through his years, he only talked against Brahmins and he created generations of Brahmin bashers and even today karuppar Koottam..

Contrary to his own principle of women empowerment and prevention of child marriage, he married his own daughter at the age of 72 and his daughter's age is 27. #பெரியாரவது_மயிராவது

He criticized Tamil people and Confused them with his ideology which is of no use. For example, when people went to temple he would argue like
why you are worshipping the stone? and
where is the God?

In short he has developed bunch of negative people and adulterated the youth's mind.
Still some fools call him as social reformist..

Now it's clear that he has done nothing to Tamil Nadu other than secessionist movement.
