You may ask yourself. What in tarnation?
It's cream cheese, blue cheese & finely diced onion.
And it's going into a block of ground lamb.
2 half pound stuffed lamb patties. Some brussels sprouts tossed in bacon grease & some good seasoning since yesterday.
Just winging it.
Cracked pepper & cracked sea salt & garlic on top & onto the freezer while the coals heat up.
The wood is mesquite
Took about an hour on the grill. Moved the lamb patties over the fire & got a good sear on the bottom. Home grown tomatoes & a High life to finish it off. Even of you don't like blue cheese straight, mix it with cream cheese 50/50 & it's an amazing combo
