This is very interesting.
When @realDonaldTrump spoke about rolling back regulations yesterday, I saw this.
First frame shows nothing; fourth frame it flew behind him.

This is the only video that didn't catch the beginning of the flight.
The first time it registered, it had already flown past Trump.

Now, most video is 30 frames per second. That's the industry standard.
But the WHITE HOUSE video is twice as fast: 60 frames per second.
And yet that thing is STILL completely blurred out.
It hasn't yet appeared in the first frame.

Here's clearest image I could get.
I enhanced it.
Now, all the cameras are using telephoto lenses. This thing flew BEHIND Trump, and telephotos cause lens compression.
We don't know how far behind Trump it was.

The only bird native to Washington DC that matches the appearance is the chimney swift, which is very small, about 5 to 6 inches long.
Remember, this thing flew BEHIND Trump, and lens compressions made it look much smaller than it is.
It's actually quite large.

They're actually just moths.
If you set up a high-speed still camera next to a video camera shooting at 30 frames per second, you get a moth.

You'd think the flying thing would be clearer, but it isn't.
In fact at 60 frames per second (left), the thing is LESS distinct than at 30 frames per second (right).
It should be exactly the opposite.

And chimney swifts almost next fly around alone.
And they're noisy as hell.
A mystery.
But a good one. If it isn't a bird, it's a Trump-thing.
He's covered. And how!
