Armenia is under attack - thread of events

1. On July 12th, 2020 Azeri soldiers approached the Armenia border of Tavush, violating the 1994 ceasefire.

2. July 13th, 2020 Armenian civilians of the Chinari border village were attacked by Azeri forces.

3. On July 14th, 2020 Azerbaijan opens fire, targeting civilian structures & population in Armenia’s Berd border village.

4. Armenia destroys Azerbaijani based shelling Tavush’s civilian settlements.

5. Pro-war protests start in Baku, demanding war against Armenia & takeover of Yerevan and Shushi.

6. On the same day, thousands of Azeris rally & break into Parliament chanting “death to the Armenians”.

7. On July 14th, 2020 at around 10 - 11 pm the Armenian armed forces shot down two Azerbaijani drones, 12 total.

8. Azerbaijan bombs Armenian mask factory, there were no losses.

9. On July 15th, 2020 Armenian citizen Narek Sardaryan is taken hostage by Azerbaijan.

10. On July 16th, Azerbaijan opens fire on Armenia, attacking civilian positions, Azeri troops withdraw with losses.

11. Azerbaijan shells kindergarten in Armenia’s Aygepar village. On the same day, Azerbaijan bombs damage Armenian bakery & house in Chinari village.
