To find more amazing books, use:

• The Breadcrumb Strategy

Just like how Hansel & Gretel used breadcrumbs to find their way home, you want to follow the trail of great books to find your way to more wonderful reads.

Here's how:
1) Pick a book that changed your life & read the other books the author wrote

If an author wrote a book that changed your life, it means you two share a lot of the same values & since authors tend to stick to their niche, you’ll likely find their other books to be amazing.
Ex:

I devoured Jocko Willink’s book "Extreme Ownership", so I bought his other book "Discipline Equals Freedom". I loved his second book just as much, if not more, than his first.
2) Pick an author whose book changed your life & find books that were life-changing for them

As mentioned above, it’s likely that you & your favorite author have a lot in common. So, you’ll probably appreciate reading the books that changed your favorite author's life.
Ex:

I loved "12 Rules for Life" by Dr. Peterson. In his book, Peterson referenced "The Gulag Archipelago" by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn many times, so I ordered a copy. Solzhenitsyn’s book was fantastic and actually provided me with a deeper understanding of "12 Rules for Life."
I learned this strategy from Joseph Campbell:

“When you find a writer who really is saying something to you, read everything that writer has written...Then go to people who influenced that writer...and your world builds together in an organic way that is really marvelous.”
