3. Sitting when eating + drinking- Less physical stress on the body compared to consuming when standing, helps pace bodily functions in the muscles + nervous system
4. Fasting Monday’s and Thursdays- Intermittent fasting, need I say more?

5. Miswaak, tree bark brush?- Reduces plaque, improves the smell of your breath, lowers gingival bleeding, antibacterial properties when mixed with saliva

6. Oiling your hair- Literally keep it healthy
7. Sleeping on your side- Reduces the chance of developing Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s and +

8. Using black seed- Helps with so many systems in the body, please just research this, it’s amazing

9. Consuming/ Using olive oil- Refer to the above, another amazing sunnah
10. Covering the mouth when sneezing and yawning- The Prophet (PBUH) got us into this waaaaay before science did :)) go look it up if you really struggling to see the benefits of doing so x
