Abolition of gender (it’s culturally defined roles) is a good idea in theory, but perhaps not as easy or even possible without the evolution of transhumanism. (of which modern transsexuality is a part). As the pre-cursors to some gendered behaviour is biological.
I think it’s obvious to naturally highly sex atypical people (some homosexuals & homosexual transsexuals) that despite societies heavy pressure to assign us gender roles, there is some mechanism outside of our control that resists them & infact often makes us akin to opposite sex
It’s overlooked by GC feminism. Furthermore, GC feminism culturally, has never been exceptionally celebratory of gender non-conformity. It is mostly a force of critique, but little celebration. The average GC person spends far more time critiquing trans people over anything else
The “gender extremists” or liberal minded folk surrounding them, HAVE been celebrating gender non-conformity in their culture, despite failing to accurately & practically describe them in the wake of gender theories. Which is why their approach is more popular & influential.
Say what you want about the errors of their activism , but there IS space for anytype of gendered expression to be celebrated in those circles, where as GC feminism has a sort of bleak, critique of gender (mostly related to women) that doesn’t really motivate true subversion.
GC subversion is usually: I’m a woman & I’m not going be forced into feminine things. That’s old school & uninspiring, which is why the movements last breathes are merely critiques of others ACTIVE subversions of sex based roles as insufficient, while doing nothing themselves.
