The UK is mostly run by old white people who secretly hate everyone. What makes them so abjectly bitter is the fact that all their success in life came from selling their childrens future to Thatcher for a handful of gold they could live in. "The end justifies the means".

Every time I, as a 62 year old white male, dare to be critical of the generation I am a part of, I end up with loads of "unconsciously guilty" comments saying "it wasn't me".
Obviously, if it wasn't you. It wasn't aimed at you.
I shan't enter conversations on that basis.
Look at the massive shift to the right at age 65+. Unarguable.
