All in All England owes most of the uptick in its development to the urban multicultural backgrounds that play everyday. Great they revamped things but the major thing that they are doing is piggy backing off of what france did before them
Pick players from street mentality and culture in their setups more often and now you see wait these guys are better.
I know there's a lot of pride at stake but ppl dont want to mention how many players from these backgrounds are now starting at top clubs but everyone can see

Regardless of background clubs need to pick the best talent and surround them with ppl who can also relate to them. @morrisonravel i assume didnt have ppl at United who could relate to him.
Here in Holland i see discriminatory practices as well. 2 yrs ago I saw an academy 99% were black players from Amsterdam destroy a Eredivisie academy 5 to 1 at u15 level and it should have been 10 to 1 but for finishing.

The Academy coach only asked about 1 player! It should have been a straight swap for the whole team!
But would they do that? Want black boys from Amsterdam playing for them?

And they see how talents from their culture is overlooked. My homie and colleague who is black and a Dutch coach told me that players from this background have to act "white" to be picked or they will not select them.
