As per state Govt notification on 26/06/2018 price of govt PR based video duration price are
10-60 sec = 1 lakhs
1-2 min = 1.5 lakhs
2-5 min = 2.2 lakhs
5-16 min = 2 lakhs
This is the price fixed by I&PR department of odisha
