That’s why he was so popular with EVERYONE at school. Because he helped others while also having fun himself. His sister was jealous that he was able to do what he did. Cameron was jealous of him in a way too, which is what is so beautiful at the end...
Cameron broke out of his shell. And I that is something Ferris always wanted Cameron to do because Cameron would have been eaten up alive after high school.
Ferris knew how to have fun and that came off as assholish, but that’s what imo made him so great. Because he always didn’t let anything stop him. His whole motto was about enjoying life no matter what.
I love you @scottEweinberg but I just had to defend Ferris lol. My all time favorite movie and character.
