In Search Of….Judge Napolitano sources

Further down the rabbit hole we go.
2\\

On May 6, 2016, an article titled “Kremlin War Erupts Over Release of Top Secret Clinton Emails” was published on the website WhatDoesItMean.

(h/t @realexmaple for bringing this to my attention)

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2036.htm
3\\

The article was written by Sorcha Faal.

She claims to be a Russian researcher with high level Kremlin contacts.
4\\

Faal wrote a “war of words” had broken out in the Kremlin between the head of the Russian Security Service (SVR) and the Chairwoman of the Council of Federation over the issue of releasing 10,000's of classified emails retrieved from Hillary Clinton’s private server.
5\\

That should sound familiar. It is almost the exact claim Judge Nap made on May 9th, 3 days after Faal’s article was published.
6\\

According to the article, the SVR was monitoring Guccifer as he hacked into Clinton’s server. The SVR then stole ten-of-thousands of her emails themselves.
7\\

Again, this may sound familiar. In previous threads I discussed a Judicial Watch funded report conducted by a private investigator, Donald Berlin. https://twitter.com/SeekerOTL/status/1278369714767568896
8\\

Both the Berlin report and the WhatDoesItMean report claim that the SVR was able to access Clinton’s private server by tracking Guccifer’s online activities.
10\\

Through a FOIA lawsuit, Vice News was able to obtain Sidney Blumenthal’s emails to Hillary Clinton during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Blumenthal, an employee of the Clinton Foundation at the time, regularly emailed HRC on Libyan matters.
11\\

These intel briefs were prepared by SB’s business partner and former CIA agent Tyler Drumheller.

Blumenthal’s favorite topic was the gold conspiracy.

He often cited anonymous, high-level sources.
12\\

Berlin’s report claims to have discovered Blumenthal’s emails that detail a scheme to pirate Qaddafi’s assets out of the country.
12\\

Let’s review:

May 5, 2016 - Judge Nap tells Fox New viewers that the Russians most likely accessed HRC’s private server. https://twitter.com/SeekerOTL/status/1264675836076179456
13\\

May 6, 2016 - Sorcha Faal’s article is published on http://WhatDoesItMean.com  claiming there is an internal debate within the Kremlin over releasing HRC’s emails.
14\\

May 6 - George Papadopoulos tells Erika Thompson that the Russians may release information damaging to HRC.
15\\

May 9 - Judge Nap appears on Fox News, stating there is an internal debate within the Kremlin over whether to release HRC’s emails.
16\\

May 10 - Sean Hannity mentions the Kremlin debate on his radio show.
17\\

May 10 - PapaD meets Alexander Downer in a London wine bar.
18\\

May 12 - Judge Nap publishes an op/ed in Reason magazine.

https://reason.com/2016/05/12/hillary-clintons-perfect-storm/
19\\

June 6 - Donald Berlin turns over documents from his investigation over to the FBI Mid-Year Exam team.
20\\

So exactly who is Sorcha Faal? A closer look reveals that Faal is actually not a Russian researcher. Faal is not even a woman.
21\\

Sorcha Faal is, allegedly, the pen name of a 64-year-old retired chemical plant worker, David Booth. Booth is the owner of the What Does It Mean website.
22\\

Booth’s site is..ummm...out there.

When he’s not breaking news about dissension within the Kremlin, he’s publishing stories about the coming alien invasion and other assorted weird tales.

http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index2594.htm
23\\

Booth first gained notoriety in conspiracy circles when he appeared on an episode of the classic TV show In Search Of.
24\\

He has since appeared on the radio shows Coast to Coast AM and the Jeff Rense show.
26\\

Is Boot mentally ill? Perhaps a weaver of conspiracy theories as performance art? Or maybe he’s just a grifter chasing a buck?
27\\

It has been suggested his site is a source for Russian disinfo.

Others have speculated that his site is used by western intel services to spread disinfo.
28\\

Now, ppl have pointed out there was a lot of talk about the Russians having access Hillary’s Clinton’s server much earlier than Judge Nap’s claim in May 2016.
29\\

While that may be true, the suggestion that there was an ongoing internal debate within the Kremlin over her emails is specific to Judge Nap and Sorcha Faal.
30\\

(Curiously, Steele memo 100 - dated August 5, 2016 - discusses division within the Kremlin over the release of the DNC emails.) 🤷‍♂️
31\\

I would like to believe that Judge Nap doesn’t get his intel from fringe conspiracy websites, which in turn is amplified by Fox News personalities.
32\\

And how Donald Berlin's and Sorcha Faal's reporting is so similar, I don't know.
33\\

There must be a common source for this rumors. They may even have some grounding in truth.

Who knows?

However, I’ve come to the end of my dig.
