3. Believing and assuming that we know what’s best for communities without having them at the table or even getting to understand their community. Also when we try this we shouldn’t just make it their job to come to us
4. Realizing that giving the new teacher the toughest and hardest classes as well as signing them up for five million committees is probably one of the key reasons teachers quit in the first 1-5 years
And number 5. A better understanding of the fight , flight, freeze, stress, and how it all plays out in the classroom. Thank you for coming to my Twitter Thread talk
