Could these intangibles be claimed by many elite-level WNBA All Stars? If so, are all of them good coaching candidates to go straight into P5 ranks without working their way up? https://twitter.com/CoachKiwi/status/1281742623133315074
People act like every good player is a good coach, recruiter, etc. Michael Jordan drafted KWAME BROWN man. Stop equating playing career with coaching. Jeff Van Gundy didn't hoop. Belicheck wasn't some good football player. Scott Drew never played college ball.
There is a former WNBA MVP, 8x All Star, who is working her way up the college ranks as an assistant coach at mid major and now high major level. No one ever mentioned her for HM job but coaches with 1 year of NBA experience and 0 #ncaaw experience touted over her. Why?
