So fast forward to that time, I met someone who we had something amazing going on, the chemistry was everywhere and I finally made up my mind do it.
I was still scared about the consequences especially as I found out while doing a physical examination with a mirror one day that I had a septate hymen which could be vaginismus.
Loads of pain was expected but the research didn’t prepare me for the kind of pain I experienced.

I was wet but going in was hard (remember I said I had a bit of Vaginismus), I tried to relax and he was finally able to try gently but the pain that seared through me was unexplainable.

It was as though someone cut me with a machete (Okay, maybe I'm extra but you see, my pain threshold is very very low).
My cries made him withdraw immediately and we found out he had hardly even gone in at all, he was just trying to.

I knew there was going to be blood but naive me was expecting something small and then back to business. For where?
I went to the toilet and I kept wiping with tissue but this blood wouldn't stop. After some minutes, it stopped. While my vagina was burning like it had fire.

It took 3/4 trials on different days and bleeding 2 of those 3 times before we were later able to have sex.
I think it might have been better if we had used lubricants and had not depended on my natural lubrication but then it's always painful to get a septate hymen off.

I had a gentle partner too, so I think that also helped a bit.
All in all, I don't think it's an experience I ever want to go through again. Thank God we don't have to lose our virginity twice.

I kept thinking is this the sex you people are always talking about and the poor man kept feeling bad and saying maybe we shouldn't try again but for where?! Abeg abeg
One day, we decided to try again and just found out he could go all in. Without pain too. What a wawu.
It has been really good since then though. I'm the one always hanging legs and I've forgotten about the blinding pain
