we've been trying to keep this under our hats for now but looks like the BBC has blown the gaff. anyway: here's our big news for August -
obviously a project like this will require lots of additional measures to keep customers safe. so here is what to expect
- there will be a limit of one bison in the shop at any one time

- all bison will have horn sanitiser applied before entering the shop
- customers wearing red face masks do so at their own risk

- the bison are in theory free to use, but we cannot guarantee no unexpected charges
