Following the @I_W_M guides (link below) here's my remarkably similar @AWMemorial's equivalents. Note the AWM is specifically known as a memorial as well as a museum, and thus the non-denominational temple style building is a key feature throughout. https://twitter.com/ProfPeterDoyle/status/1268125803595915266
The 1941 - 60 guidebook came with a couple of different cover designs and multiple colours. Red, Blue, Green, Yellow. Some had text on the binding, my green one doesn't. 2/n
3/n Fascinatingly the first 'woodcut' style cover of tessellated memorial buildings, seems to be re-used (reconfigured) as the current 'other languages' self guided option, as offered at the @AWMemorial today. Here, Simplified Chinese. Link: https://www.awm.gov.au/visit/visitor-information/tours
4/n Other guides exist, here a 50th anniversary photo album showing the history of the @AWMemorial itself, and a photo guidebook.
The 50th Anniversary Album had a fashionable translucent 'veil like' inner jacket page, which also appeared in the pictorial guide, and, separately, the @ShrineMelbourne's 2001 guidebook.
