freedom from parents, you want to own a home and decide what you do or not not knowing that accountability is required more in marriage. You're accountable for what you do, where you go, how you spend your money and all.

that as a woman you will leave your husband behind and travel. Marriage is more demanding, it requires more work and efforts, sacrifices to work out. Don't see it as a bed of roses.
There is no rest, you're gonna have to deal with your partner, raise kids, work hard to secure their future. The difference is you're going to be doing it with someone who loves and understands you by your side (if you're lucky)
