Why is Dr. Fauci unaware of this basic statistics?
According to data provided by WorldOmeters, as of Jul 10 2020, the number of active COVID cases in the US is 1,694,620 while the number of cases in "serious or critical" condition is 15,777. Thus, the percentage of MILD cases is:

100*(1 - 15,777/1,694,620) = 99.07%
