Is there someone who looks like girl number one? Yes. Is it bad to draw her? No. Is she fat? Nope!
When you praise depictions of Girl Number One as fat art, the bar is too low. What about the others? What about girl number 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc?

I've seen tumblr after tumblr after facebook page that are "body positive" themed that only give us girl number 1, and occasionally girl number 2.
This is what I mean when I say the standards are too low! Girl number 1 isn't even chubby. She's just normal looking. Kind of small!

So that's basically my point. I've seen enough people tell me girl number one is actually fat to last me a lifetime. She doesn't, and can't, represent fat bodies.
