Racial differences in attainment is a complicated issue that leaves a ton of room for good, valuable research that's not helped at all by calling, say, basic calculus tests "racist." Economics matter and cultural values about education both matter (e.g., Appalachian), e.g.
There are many interesting and important questions we could ask that would lead us to improve capacities for people, no matter what their race or background, to pass calculus tests. Calling calculus problems "racist" is, perhaps, the least useful approach anyone entertains.
A top priority in Western societies right now needs to be chasing these racism frauds out if education. I don't mean firing anyone, necessarily, btw. What's needed is barring certain kinds of analysis as fundamentally unserious and letting competence to real standards decide.
