➡️Doing that internal work of attending to your own, personal trauma and becoming aware of when your resilience creates harm to yourself or others

➡️ Sharpening your power analysis re: all the issues you call important and getting clear about who is and isn't at risk

➡️ Doing an accounting of actual, real and deep relationships you have (or don't have) with people you claim to be aligned with, in support of or care about

➡️ Examining how internalized oppression is operating inside of you and manifesting itself in your actions and words

➡️ Deepening your knowledge and understanding/overstanding of how white supremacy and culture thrives off of oppressed folks @ing each other, keeping us disoriented and defeated

➡️ Finding ways to protect your energy

There's so much to do. A lot of it faces inward. This too is an investment in the movement and can be done alongside the outward facing work you are engaged in.
