what questions should White and/or cis-gendered and/or heterosexual and/or high SES premedical students be asked by interviewers to ensure they have an appropriate level of knowledge of their privilege or screen for explicit bias?
off the top of my head suggestions?

"In the US, Black and Hispanic patients are less likely to participate in clinical research. Why do you think that is?"

"How do Black and White people experience pain differently?"
"What forms of privilege do you have?"

"Who was Christopher Columbus?"
"Do you support stop-and-frisk?"
so many good suggestions! here are just some
