Dear #lawtwitter: 2020 is a particularly terrible year to be a summer associate/intern/new grad. Many of them are working remote, and losing a lot of the networking opportunities that come organically from being in-person for work. (1/2)

Go out of your way to ladder-up your summers/interns/new associates. Include them on emails. Put them on listhosts and encourage them to post. Give them avenues to get their names out there and build some recognition. Boost, boost, boost. (2/2)
