If I was an authoritarian regime & wanted to commit bioweapon attack I’d: test it out & inflict it upon my people first, then make sure other countries were infected, as well as the intended strategic target country. Plausible deniability as an accident.

But that’s just me.

Then I’d accuse everybody else of mishandling the problem, while selling them a bunch of defective crap to ‘help’ with the crisis. Destroy economies without firing a shot or harming infrastructure, which I could then use. Then I’d pay off media & political oppo to attack target.

Funny how main states with ‘COVID upticks’ are all states important to Trump. Let’s take all the reporting shenanigans, which I totally believe are taking place, out of equation for a second. What if a hostile power ‘re-seeded’ those states to influence election outcome?

The WIV has a published record of conducting “gain-of-function” research to engineer chimeric viruses. But the WIV has not been transparent or consistent about its record of studying viruses most similar to the COVID-19 virus, including “RaTG13”

Despite WIV presenting itself as civilian institution, U.S. has determined WIV has collaborated on publications/secret projects with China’s military. WIV has engaged in classified research, including laboratory animal experiments,on behalf of Chinese military since at least 2017
