If I choose not to wear mask, my response to those who complain that I am not wearing a mask:

(1) Mask mandate violates my Constitutional right of privacy.

(2) Mask mandate violates my basic human right to choose what I wear absent compelling medical proof of harm to others.
(3) Mask mandate may place me at risk of violating a state anti-mask statute.

(4) Mask mandate poses threat of significant harm to me because of documented medical evidence that mask suppresses my natural immune system.
5) My refusal to wear a mask is the lawful exercise of my First Amendment right to engage in a non-violent act of civil disobedience while attempting to stay 6 feet away from those who choose to wear mask.

This fight is about freedom.
