If I choose not to wear mask, my response to those who complain that I am not wearing a mask:

(2) Mask mandate violates my basic human right to choose what I wear absent compelling medical proof of harm to others.

(4) Mask mandate poses threat of significant harm to me because of documented medical evidence that mask suppresses my natural immune system.

5) My refusal to wear a mask is the lawful exercise of my First Amendment right to engage in a non-violent act of civil disobedience while attempting to stay 6 feet away from those who choose to wear mask.
