‼️ALBUM REVIEW‼️
“Legends Never Die” - Juice WRLD
(this took a very long time, please rt!)

a thread:
1. Conversations - 9.5/10

The hook on this song is one of my favorite parts of this album. Juice flows smooth with a robotic type beat. The lyrics are very meaningful and I can see a lot of people connecting with them. Definitely a great song to start the album. Top 5 for sure.
2. Titanic - 10/10

It is a great feeling to hear a brand new song that has never been leaked. I like the simplistic beat, it makes the listener focus more on the lyrics. Also, I liked how he uses the Titanic as a metaphor to describe his emotional state. (continued)
Part 2:

Jarrad’s flow is perfect and he adds many melodic lines which I enjoyed. In my top 3 for this album, an amazing piece of work.
3. Bad Energy - 8/10

This song feels like something that could’ve been on “Goodbye & Good Riddance”, it just reminds me of the type of songs on that album. Another simple beat on this track which shifts the focus to the words. It is clear to see (continued)
3. Bad Energy (pt. 2)

how much emotion Jarrad put into this song and the message is pretty powerful. I would definitely put this song in my top 10 on the album.
4. Righteous - 10/10

This song was one of my favorites before it released as a single. The lyrics are very powerful and you can tell how Juice was feeling at the time. It is a great song to listen to at night as the slow strumming of the guitar make it relaxing. (continued)
4. Righteous (pt. 2)

This song will never get old for me and it has helped me get through a rough spot in the past. This is an incredible song by an incredible artist.
5. Blood On My Jeans - 8.5/10

I probably listened to this song once or twice a few months ago, since it has been leaked, but I forgot how great it is. I love how they keep using simple, yet perfect beats for many of these songs to really highlight Juice’s voice and lyrics(cont)
5. Blood On My Jeans (pt. 2)

I genuinely enjoyed this song, definitely in my top 10 for the album.
6. Tell Me You Love Me - 6.5/10

This one is probably my least favorite track on the album. I listened to it a few times after it dropped as a single. I love Trippie Redd but his chorus is very repetitive. I like how the beat is different than what you would usually see with rap
6. Tell Me You Love Me (pt. 2)

Juice carried the song and showcased his versatility as he both sings and raps. Nevertheless this is still a very good song.
7. Hate the Other Side (feat. Polo G & The Kid LAROI) - 10/10

This is probably one of my favorite songs, of not number 1, on the album. Juice comes in strong right off the bat and sets up Polo G perfectly. Polo’s verse is very emotional and has a deep meaning which was powerful.
7. Hate the Other Side (pt.2)

Laroi was a perfect choice for this song. His verse towards the end is very well done and him and Jarrad work amazingly together. The two features are perfect, nothing I would change about it.
8. Life’s a Mess (Juice WRLD & Halsey) - 9/10

I fell in love with this song from the first time I listened to it when it dropped earlier this week. Juice collaborating with pop artists always works because of his versatility. His singing is complemented by Halsey’s verse.
9. Come & Go (Juice WRLD & Marshmallow) - 7.5/10

This song was also one of my favorite leaks as it has been out for a while. Marshmallow’s beat is actually a very good addition to this song. I can see this being “the” summer song of the year.
9. Come & Go (pt.2)

After the first listen, many people didn’t like how it was an EDM type song, but I thought it was nice to listen to something different from the type of music Juice usually makes.
10. I Want It - 8/10

This song showcases Juice’s singing ability as it is very slow but catchy. It reminds me of “Fast” and “My Fault” because of the way he flowed and pace of the beat. I don’t have much to say about this song other than it was very enjoyable.
11. Fighting Demons - 8.5/10

This track made me very emotional. Another example of a simple beat where his lyrics are the showcase of the song. This feels like a song that could have been on “A Death Race for Love”. Very great song, one of my favorites from the album.
12. Wishing Well (Lauryn Hill) - 10/10

This was probably my 5th/6th favorite Juice song of all time as i’ve been listening to it for over a year. It felt good listening to it released and the audio quality was way better.
12. Wishing Well (pt.2)

The chorus of this song might be one of the catchiest verses that he has ever had. The lyrics are very serious and show’s how much Jarrad had to deal with when he was with us. I'm so glad this was on the album.
13. Screw Juice - 9/10

I like the irony of this song as it’s him “exposing himself” a little. Another slow song which is great to listen to at night. I thought it was beautiful. I have nothing much else to say about it.
14. Up Up and Away - 7/10

I love Trippie saying “yeah” at the beginning, I do not know why. This beat is amazing, gives off a tropical/summer vibe and is different from the rest of the album.
14. Up Up and Away (pt.2)

It shows how versatile Juice is and how he can work on so many different types of beats and songs. Overall, this is a great song, a Trippie feature on this would have been amazing.
15. Stay High - 10/10

This one just hit me, I don’t know how to explain it. By far one of the catchiest songs on the entire album. Definitely reminds me of something that he would have put out during his soundcloud era. This song is perfect, nothing I would change about it.
16. Can’t Die - 9/10

The beat on this song is very calming to me and it was a great choice near the end of the album. This track reminds me of a “Goodbye & Good Riddance” song.
16. Can’t Die (pt.2)

The message of death is so powerful and sadly ironic. He hits on serious topic of overdosing, suicide, etc. which was meaningful.
17. Man of the Year - 10/10

I absolutely LOVE the implementation of rock into this song. This is something I can blast in my car with the windows down or in bed at 2am. Perfect song to end off the album, and it is like some sort of anthem.
17. Man of the Year (pt.2)

This song sounds a lot like “Graduation”, I am surprised that this isn’t Benny Blanco’s beat. Overall, this is one of my favorites on the album.
