1/ For those who never heard about it, 'LI' it's a program designed to fix your habits and get rid of a lot of shit in a lot of fields of your life ('fixing your habits').
It covers everything. From nutrition & fat loss, to productivity, mindset, self-confidence...

2/ There's a lot of different ways to face the project (or you can do everything at once).
You can focus on 'let's build a side hustle' or 'let's gonna lose X kg's'.
Given that I already have a side business, I decided to fix my body & start hitting the gym as 'my challenge'.

3/ As a context. I've never been in a really good shape since I was in my teenager years.
My feeding habits we're not 'that bad', As I live in a countryside area and I have access to decent food.
Good fish, meat, vegetables & eggs. At least that's a good starting point!

4/ My problem is that I used to be very lazy and could spend long periods of time without sunlight and 0 exercise
That affected my overall mood and made me a kind of a depressive person
I felt that I was ahead of everyone financially speaking, but I'm lagging in happiness trms

5/ Fixing my mood, body & nutritional habits was my challenge in day 0.
I also tried to improve in other fields, but this was my #1 focus.

-I'm hitting my local gym 4-5 times every week.
I NEVER did this before. I also never went to the gym on a SUNDAY MORNING! And damn, it feels great.
I feel my body gaining shape, defining itself. It's difficult to measure but I'm feeling much better.

7/ It's still early and doesn't want to count every kg at this early stage, but definitively I'm improving.
My objective is to keep those habits AFTER the 90 days for the rest of my life.
I prefer to introduce small but easy to accomplish changes every time. As a proof record:

8/ I'm eating much better. I still eat trash food occasionally
-I'm skipping breakfast *almost* every day.
-Reduced a lot the 'snacking' habit.
-I'm starting to feel (more) pleasure eating healthy foods.
Vegetables, fruits, meat, fish? YAY.

9/ As a bonus:
-(Almost) No porn in 30 days (only 1 single time).
-No drugs or alcohol
-Deleted Fb & IG
-I started meditating! (not my focus as my inner dialogue is healthy enough but hey, that's a bonus!)
-I read every day.

10/ I can only say thanks to @LifeMathMoney for doing this amazing work.
You're helping me to fix a lot of things in my life (now it feels simple, easy). Also thanks to @Hustle_Smarterr for showing me what's a 'real' hustler.

11/ Have to say. I'm not doing a 'perfect' LI - project (not all the ticks every day).
But I'll be doing several 'rounds' of the challenge. Improving myself every time.
The first one is bringing me amazing results. I want to strike the gym x4 times a week forever.
